02 DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WEBSITE

The agency Touch Digital, based in Sion, designed and built this entire website, including its design, technical animation and development (hereinafter the “Developer”).

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, 25, rue Eugène-Marziano, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland.

The content, design, illustrations and photographs may not be used without the express authorisation of Touch Digital Sàrl.

03 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, Vivant Art Space, as data file controller and data controller, informs users that it carries out processing of personal data concerning them.

The user understands and accepts that the information they provide through the forms available on the website, where applicable, or by email to the addresses shown on the website, is intended for the authorised staff of Vivant Art Space for administrative and commercial management purposes.

The user has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the personal data concerning them (art. 25 FADP).
